Servers and Workstations

We can assist you in determining your server and workstation needs. We are experienced in integrating Windows, Linux and Macintosh platforms. We routinely implement Active Directory and Samba based Domains; as well as web, email, and ftp servers. We maintain customer databases on platforms such as: Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, plus many others.

Local and Wide Area Networks

We have extensive experience designing and building local and wide area networks. We can design and implement a completely new system or integrate new technologies into a preexisting system. Premier Networks has been implementing wireless networks for over eight years, and many of our customers were early adopters of wireless technologies. Security and reliability are the driving factors of our wireless implementations. We provide a complete solutions including site surveys, path engineering, antenna design and more.

Network Monitoring Services

Our network monitoring program is designed to proactively monitor your network in order to respond to emerging issues on your timeline, not that of a failing piece equipment. This includes routinely reviewing various system logs to identify potential problems and ensuring security updates are applied at the appropriate times. Our monitoring systems can keep watch over your network 24 hours a day, paging our support staff when an outage occurs.

Health Care Support

We support a large number of medical practices in the St. Louis area, as well as across the country. We have an in depth understanding of the unique needs of a doctors office. We understand the staff work flows, as well as how they differ from one office to the next. We understand the need for efficient entry of billing information, claims submission and electronic remitance.

While we enjoy a special relationship with SOAPWare, a leading CCHIT certified electronic health record software, we also have in depth experience supporting a large number of customers using other Practice Management and EHR systems, to include: Lytec, Centricity, Simplicity, Medtech, PowerSoft MD, MedEvolve, Healthmatics A4, PDS, Practice Partner, AMS, DigiChart, Purkinje, MediSoft and Medical Manager.
